Rd 549219 History: This duo has a delicate purple floral pattern with gilt edging is characteristic of early 20th century English bone china. The fluted shape and ornate handle with gold accents are typical of Edwardian or early Art Deco design, it is likely transferware with hand painted gilt detailing. The back stamp indicates this was made by Tuscan China that was a trade name used by R.H. & S. L. Plant (Ltd); Staffordshire potters active in Longton England. This duo would make a wonderful addition to a tea ware set or a lovely stand-alone display piece. Flaws: Slight crazing on teacup
