Lilac and Blue Patterned Trio Set

Name: Lilac and Blue Patterned Trio Set Type: Trio Year: None Set: Yes (2x Trio Sets) Mark: TBC - TBC History: This tea trio has a classic and elegant design with a neoclassical pattern with intricate gold detailing around the rims and handle. As there are no markings on these pieces here are a few possibilities on the origin or makers: The design and shape resemble fine English bone china from makers like Royal Worcester, Aynsley, Coalport or Minton. Some of these factory seconds or pieces made for export were left unmarked. The thin, elegant handle and delicate porcelain suggest high-quality craftsmanship. Another possibility is that it is continental European porcelain (France or Germany). French Limoges and German porcelain companies such as Rosenthal, KPM Berlin or Hutschenreuther sometimes produced unmarked pieces especially for export or private labels. It could also originate from the Noritake or Nippon Era. Early 20th-century Japanese porcelain often copied English Designs and from time to time omitted marks on exported designs. The intricate border and gold accents are similar to early Noritake or other Nippon-era (pre1921) designs. Flaws: One hairline crack on one side plate
